Corporate Training & Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

At You2Me, we believe that wellbeing at work is about more than simply managing stress. It’s about understanding ourselves and others, recognising different needs, creating inclusive environments, and giving people practical tools to regulate, connect and thrive.

Our Corporate Training & Workplace Wellbeing Workshops offer a refreshing alternative to traditional staff training. Through a combination of discussion, experiential learning and interactive sensory activities, we create opportunities for teams to explore wellbeing in a way that is engaging, memorable and relevant to everyday working life.

Rather than simply talking about wellbeing, we encourage participants to experience, reflect and connect.

Our interactive approach can help staff recognise how sensory experiences, environment, stress and individual differences can influence the way we communicate, concentrate, regulate and engage at work.

Why sensory regulation in the workplace?

We all regulate differently.
Busy environments, noise, workload, change, prolonged screen time and competing demands can affect our ability to focus and feel settled. For neurodivergent employees and those experiencing stress or overwhelm, these challenges can be particularly significant.

Our workshops introduce simple, realistic strategies that can help individuals and teams become more aware of their own needs while developing greater understanding of the needs of others.

The aim isn't to create a one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. It's to encourage curiosity, compassion, flexibility and choice.

Who's it for?

Who are the workshops for?

Sessions can be tailored for a wide range of organisations, including corporate teams, schools and education settings, charities, healthcare and social care organisations, local authorities, community organisations and teams supporting children, young people or adults with additional needs.

Workshops can compliment:

  • Staff training

  • CPD

  • Wellbeing Days

  • Team Development

  • Inclusion & Neurodiversity Initiatives

  • Employee Wellbeing Programmes

  • Staff Away Days

Supporting teams who work with children & young people

For education, care and community organisations, workshops can also explore how understanding our own regulation as adults can influence the way we support children and young people.

Staff can develop greater awareness of sensory needs, emotional regulation, neurodiversity and trauma-informed approaches while exploring practical strategies that can be incorporated into their everyday practice.

Tailored to your organisation

Every workplace is different, so sessions can be adapted around the needs of your team and organisation.

From an engaging one-hour interactive workshop to longer staff development sessions and bespoke wellbeing programmes, we can work with you to create an experience that feels relevant, accessible and meaningful.

No previous knowledge is required, and participation in sensory activities is always encouraged through choice rather than pressure, recognising that inclusion also means respecting individual sensory preferences and boundaries.
