Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure the safety and quality of our sessions, especially in maintaining the required staff-to-child ratios. We have a clear cancellation policy in place:

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the session start date will receive a 50% refund.
This is to help cover pre-arranged staffing and operational costs that are essential for running our inclusive programmes safely and effectively. -
Refunds will be processed via Stripe.

If you paid using a session pass credit or account credit, the refund will be returned to the original credit source, keeping the original expiry date.

Any add-ons cancelled will also be refunded at 50%; no additional fees will be charged for reissuing credits.
