A massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our very first You2Me Play Fun Day at the Marrowbone Hub in support of our SEN Summer Scheme Fundraiser! 💛
We were absolutely blown away by the turnout, the generosity and the wonderful sense of community spirit that filled the day from start to finish. From the smiling faces of the children to the conversations shared between families and staff, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and filled with joy.

The Fun Day was more than just a celebration. It was a chance to come together, raise awareness and support for children with additional needs and highlight the work we’re doing through our SEN Summer Scheme. While the event was partially funded by some incredibly supportive partners, there’s still a shortfall to cover and that’s where you came in.

We’re so grateful to the organisations that helped make this day possible, including:
🎟️ The National Lottery
🏙️ Belfast City Council
🌊 Causeway Coast & Glens Council
🌿 Fermanagh & Omagh District Council
🏞️ Mid & East Antrim Council Community Fund
And of course, a heartfelt thank you to our generous prize donors who made the raffle extra special. There are too many to name, but you know who you are – we’re so grateful for your kindness and support!
Your continued support helps us bridge the gap and deliver inclusive, meaningful experiences for the children who need them most.
A huge thank you to:
✨ Every family who came along
✨ Our brilliant performers – Davy Lillie the Magician and the talented dancers from Doogan Dance Academy
✨ All of the volunteers who gave up their time to help everything run smoothly
✨ Charlene, who was an absolute star behind the scenes pulling everything together

The children had an absolute blast. They bounced, giggled and played their way through the afternoon with slime making, bubbles, face painting and an appearance from Elsa herself! There was a bouncy castle, ice cream and so many happy memories made. Watching the kids engage, connect and have fun reminded us exactly why we do what we do.
It wasn’t just about the activities. It was about creating an inclusive, welcoming space where families felt seen and supported. That community spirit was something truly special, and we couldn’t be more proud.

We’re already looking forward to our next event and hope to see even more of you there. In the meantime, don’t forget to check out all of our upcoming workshops and sessions designed especially for children with additional needs.
Thank you for being part of the You2Me family. We truly couldn’t do it without you. 💛
