We’ve just wrapped up our Valentine’s themed SEN Mid-Term Camps, and honestly, it’s been one of those weeks that reminds us exactly why You2Me Play exists.
Across Northern Ireland we welcomed children into safe, structured spaces designed around their needs. Some arrived excited, some nervous, some unsure of what to expect. By the end of the sessions we saw smiles, conversations, shared games, and proud moments that parents tell us don’t always happen easily in new environments. That’s what makes these camps special.
From creative activities and messy play to movement and group games, every session focused on connection and confidence first. Children were able to try new things at their own pace without pressure, supported by staff who understand sensory needs, communication differences, and the importance of patience.
A huge thank you to every family who trusted us with their children and became part of the week. Your support allows us to keep providing inclusive experiences for children who need them. And an even bigger shout-out to our brilliant staff team whose energy, care, and adaptability make the magic happen every single day. 💪✨
📊 In total we delivered 40 camp sessions and 2 workshops across Northern Ireland. A busy week, but one full of laughter, growth, and meaningful moments — exactly how we like it.
We’re already planning what comes next and can’t wait to welcome you back again soon. 💛
